Conditions of Sale / Terms / Warranty Return / Credit / Payment Terms

No material returns will be accepted without prior issuance of a SELLER Return Material Authorization (RMA) number, which can be requested by calling (631) 249-0400. 

In all cases, material being returned to SELLER must be in original, unopened packaging and only lot traceable
material will be accepted for return. Under no circumstances will Rapid Rivet & Fastener Corporation accept materials, which have been repackaged and / or that cannot be fully traceable to that which was originally provided.

Non-Defective materials returned to SELLER will be subject to a restocking charge of up to 100% of the original purchase price. Approved material returns will at the Customer's discretion either be replaced or have a credit issued against the Customer's account in the amount or the original purchase cost of the materials being returned less any applicable restocking charges.

Payment terms are as indicated on our invoice and established at time of sale. Any unpaid invoice amounts, in
excess of the terms indicated may be subject to 1 ½ monthly service charge (18% annual), where lawful, plus attorney and / or collection agency fees, should payment collection activities be required.

Warranty/Liability Terms Warranty:

All goods sold by Rapid Rivet & Fastener Corporation (SELLER) are limited to replacing or refunding the invoice value of the material that was charged to the customer, at its option. Under no circumstances shall the SELLER be held liable for any other claims for compensation and /or damages resulting for delivery delays or defective materials.

THIS WARRANTY IS EXPRESSLY IN LIEU OF ANY AND ALL OTHER WARRANTIES, EXPRESSED OR IMPLIED (INCLUDING SPECIFICALLY, WITHOUT LIMITING THE GENERALITY OF THE FOREGOING, ANY AND ALL WARRANTIES OF THE MERCHANTABILITY AND FITNESS), AND ALL OTHER OBLIGATION AND LIABILITY ON
THE PART OF THE SELLER. SELLER SHALL NOT BE LIABLE IN ANY INSTANCE FOR CONSEQUENTIAL OR SPECIAL DAMAGES FOR MORE THAN THE REPLACEMENT OF REFUND OF THE PURCHASE PRICE ON DEFECTIVE GOODS.

Limitation of liability: All claims for alleged defective goods, shortages or other cause are waived by customer unless made and received by SELLER within ten (10) days after customer has notice of such alleged cause.
